Two ICE officers appear to have lied about shooting in Minneapolis

In a major reversal, ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) has said that two of its officers appear to have lied about a shooting in Minneapolis where one man was shot in the leg.

The statement coming after a review of video evidence.

This as the showdown over ICE is leading to a shutdown of the Homeland Security as Democrats say they will not fund the department unless ICE makes changes.
