Suspected imitation firearms seized in a Yau Ma Tei flat

Police have seized suspected imitation firearms inside a residential unit in Yau Ma Tei.
At a flat on Man Yuen Street, officers uncovered around 10 suspected imitation guns, six magazines, a pair of handcuffs and several suspected firearm components. The items will be sent for further analysis.
It's understood that a man and a woman began renting the unit in October last year, but failed to pay rent in December and January.
The cache of suspected firearms were discovered after the landlord and a bailiff tried to reclaim the property.
Police are now looking for a 32-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman.
