Fuel switches cut off before Air India crash that killed 260

A preliminary report finds the fuel control switches moved to the cut-off position moments before the Air India crash in Ahmedebad last month.

There is confusion in the cockpit as one pilot asks the other why he did it,  the other responding that he did not do so.

Two hundred and sixty people are known to have died. One person onboard survived.

Initial investigations have shown no fault with the Boeing plane or the engines.
