Panda twins' names are Jia Jia and De De

Ocean Park announced the names of the baby panda twins born in Hong Kong are Jia Jia and De De.
Jia Jia is the name for the elder sister, while the younger brother is De De.
Jia Jia is pronounced the same as "family", suggesting that "the family and the nation will be prosperous".
De De means "to succeed", suggesting the meaning of "wish fulfilled, as well as Chinese virtues".
The names were announced some nine months after the panda twins were born in Hong Kong.
