Court dismisses jury in Abby Choi murder hearing

The High Court dismisses the jury in the murder case of Abby Choi after a member asked to be excused citing heath reasons.
Deputy Judge Brian Keith says the court cannot replace just one individual from the seven men, two women panel and that a new panel must be formed according to legal precedent.
A new jury will be empanelled Sept 30.
