In Switzerland, firefighters who responded to the deadly fire at the Constellation bar in the Swiss ski resort of Crans-Montana were greeted with applause as they visited
the makeshift memorial to the victims.
Mourners and well-wishers bearing flowers continued to visit the memorial outside the bar, consoling one another with hugs. Swiss authorities have opened a criminal investigation into the managers of the bar.
The two are suspected of involuntary homicide, involuntary bodily harm, and involuntarily causing a fire, the Valais region's chief prosecutor said. Adding, the investigation was opened on Friday night and would help "explore all the leads."
