Air conditioning fire in residential block sends 11 to hospital

An air conditioning catches fire in flat in

Taikoo Shing, sending 11 to hospital.

Police received report of a fire at around 3pm.

A number of residents fled their flats, with some 20

of them headed to the rooftop to take refuge.

A total of 11 individuals were sent to hospital, with some

spotted with their head bandaged.

Some were carried away on stretchers while others

required oxygen masks as they were sent to seek further medical attention.
