Residents mourn victims of Tai Po fire in condolence sites

The Home Affairs Department has set up condolence sites in all 18 districts of Hong Kong for three consecutive days, starting today, for the public to mourn the victims of the Tai Po Hung Fook Court fire.
At the condolence site at Moreton Terrace in Wan Chai, many citizens were already queuing at around 8:00 AM, and some wrote on the condolence book that they hoped the deceased would be properly cared for as soon as possible.
At the condolence site at Leung Hin Lee Community Centre in Yau Ma Tei, residents offered flowers.
The memorial service is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.
As for the memorial service at the Fuheng Neighborhood Community Center, near the site of the deadly fire in Tai Po, white flowers were placed in front of the hall.
A large number of residents from the neighbourhood came to mourn the victims.
