Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced 300 million euros worth of new agreements with Finland, alongside potential high-level talks involving the United States and Russia, expressing hope that "Ukraine will be represented there at the highest level."

Zelenskyy and Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo have signed seven new cooperation agreements in Kyiv, valued at approximately 300 million euros.

The deals include a key agreement on drones that is already in full effect.

During the joint briefing, Zelenskyy also revealed plans for potential trilateral talks involving negotiators from Ukraine, the US, and Russia in November, with the United Arab Emirates proposed as a possible venue.

Zelenskyy confirmed he expects upcoming briefings from US officials and expressed hope that Ukraine will be "represented at the highest level" if invited by President Donald Trump to the G20 summit in Florida this December.
