Kadoorie Hill estate agent testifies at Abby Choi hearing

The hearing also saw the property agent involved with the Kadoorie Hill residence providing his testimony, who testified the unit was bought under Kwong Kau's name with a 3.7 million-dollar cheque drawn from Abby Choi's account.

Estate agent Wong Tak-sing said the unit's final transaction price was 60.6 million dollars.

He said when Kwong Kau paid the deposit, he claimed Choi liked the residence and wanted to purchase it for her children.

Wong did not inquire further into the situation.

This as the property agent will continue to provide his testimony on Wednesday.
