Rubio says Chinese President Xi's September visit still on

Ahead of attending the the ASEAN meeting in Manila, Philippines,US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is expected to meet with members of the Quad bloc, which consists of the US, India, Japan and Australia.
As tension mounts between US and China following US President Trump's recent accusations of Chinese meddling in the 2020 election, Rubio says he's not sure if he'll be meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi during the meeting.
Despite recent troubles, he still anticipates Chinese President Xi Jinping will visit America in September.
