CE continues visit to Uzbekistan, tours a tech park

Chief Executive John Lee continues his visit to Uzbekistan, where he tours a technology park. The facility is considered a core engine of the region's digital economic transformation.

The "IT Park" is a national-level economic zone offering tax and rental incentives and convenient visa measures for technology companies and talent.

During his visit, Lee meets with the First Deputy Minister of Digital Technology of Uzbekistan.

Executives from Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, Cyberport, and Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with "IT Park" to promote innovation and technology cooperation between Hong Kong and Uzbekistan.
