The Independent Commission Against Corruption arrested 22 people over alleged bribery at building maintenance projects.

They include the repair works at Tsuen Wan Centre in Tsuen King Circuit, which are still in the preparatory stage.

It's understood the the ICAC successfully intercepted the approval of two projects worth a total of over 100 million dollars.

This after the ICAC received complaints that some contractors allegedly bribed consultancy firms and management committee members.

Probes later reveal possible corruption cases across three residential estates, three standalone buildings and an industrial building, spanning multiple districts.

A management committee chairman allegedly leaked interview questions.
