Rehearsal held for official oath-taking ceremony in LegCo

Incoming lawmakers of the eighth-term Legislative Council will be sworn into office on New Year's Day.

A rehearsal was held at the Legislative Council chamber this morning.

In attendance were Starry Lee, Vivian Kong, Ronick Chan, among others.

Administered by the Chief Executive John Lee, the official oath-taking ceremony is scheduled for January 1 at 11 a.m.

The government will publish a list of LegCo members whose oaths were determined as valid after the ceremony.
