Elderly woman discovered dead at home after two days

A 66-year-old woman has been found dead in her Sham Shui Po unit. The woman was a diabetes and high blood pressure patient and lived with her 34-year-old daughter who suffers from Schizophrenia.
The incident happened at Fu Cheong Estate in Sham Shui Po. Police received a report from the woman's eldest daughter at around 1:50 pm, saying she had lost contact with her mother and sister. The police and firefighters arrived at the unit and found the mother had passed away on the sofa.
The second daughter, who was present in the flat at the time, informed authorities her mother had already lost conscious on the sofa on Saturday afternoon.
The police didn't find suspicious injuries on the deceased's body or any unusual signs in the flat.
