The Consumer Council calls on drone shops to display accurate regulatory information on small unmanned aircraft.

They also found wide discrepancies between the performance of inverter-type air conditioners with the same energy label.

The use of small drones is becoming increasingly popular, but they are regulated by the Small Unmanned Aircraft Order. The council says it has visited physical shops and browsed retail websites selling SUAs.

None of the physical stores and only one of the websites displayed regulatory information.

The council urges physical shops and online product pages to clearly display the most basic regulatory information.

It also tested the performance of some air conditioners.

They tested 13 "1.5 horsepower" inverter split-type air conditioners.

All were labeled Grade 1 for energy efficiency. However, the annual power consumption difference between the highest and lowest performing units was 33 percent, equivalent
to over 300 dollars in electricity costs.

The Council advises consumers when purchasing air conditioners, they should consider actual power consumption and choose the most appropriate model based on their needs.
