US gunman wounds 2 in Boston shooting

A man with an assault-style rifle randomly fired at passing cars outside the US city of Boston, wounding 2 people and sending other drivers scrambling.
Authorities said the man fired at least 60 rounds during the Monday afternoon attack.
He was wounded when a state trooper and a former Marine opened fire.
The suspect, Tyler Brown, faces 2 counts of armed assault with intent to murder and 6 other charges.
According to court documents, Brown had been released from a psychiatric hospital Friday, and told his parole officer earlier that he had relapsed and wanted to end his life.
