Police and Immigration Department arrested 128 people in a vice operation in James S. Lee Mansion on Carnarvon Road last night, including a 15-year-old girl and a transgender person.
The arrested are aged between 15 and 44 and of various nationalities, and all are suspected of breaching their condition of stay.
