The latest generation of robot wolves developed by China is capable of carrying micro bombs, assault rifles and other weapons while moving around without bumping into obstacles.
State media CCTV has released its first-ever footage showing the wolves operating in simulated urban combat.
These mass-produced mechanical wolf packs are entering drills in alleys for future warfare.
Equipped with voice recognition technology, grenade launchers and AI coordination, over 100 of these robot wolves bore a weight of 25 kilograms as they steathily approached and encircled enemies, navigated complex terrain and fired shots at targets.
