The rebranding aims to reflect the group's broader role
in content production, digital streaming and IP licensing business.

The proposed name change is still pending shareholder
and regulatory approval and will not affect shareholder rights or operations.

The board believes the new branding
aligns more closely with the firm's evolved business identity and market position as it moves beyond its origins as a pure television broadcaster.
