The Hong Kong Flower Show opens today at Victoria Park.
The show's theme bloom of the year: the Stock flower, also known as the gillyflower, has taken centre stage.
Taking over the park are not just floral displays but also locals and tourists.
Some students try to capture the scene with sketchbooks in hand.
Officiating the opening ceremony, Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism Rosanna Law notes that the flower show this year showcases multiple landscape installations, fusing floral artistry with Hong Kong flavours.
