Tower crane collapse at Kwai Shing construction site leaves one dead, several injured

A tower crane collapsed at a public housing construction site in Kwai Shing Circuit in the afternoon, leaving the operator dead and several others injured.

Reportedly, the incident occurred at around 4:20 p.m. when the crane suddenly toppled onto a nearby hillside, crushing a vehicle below.

Investigations are ongoing.
