4 babies born at midnight as Year of the Horse begins

As the Year of the Horse began, four babies were born at midnight.

A baby boy weighing 2.94 kilograms was delivered naturally at exactly midnight at Union Hospital in Sha Tin.

The newborn is not only a "Horse Year baby," but also the fifth child of Mr and Mrs Tang.

A baby girl was also born at Union Hospital around midnight. 

She is the first child of this couple, originally from Fujian and moved to Hong Kong two years ago under the Top Talent Pass Scheme 

They plan for their child to attend kindergarten in the mainland before returning to Hong Kong for primary school.

At Kwong Wah Hospital, a baby boy was born shortly after midnight. 

Another baby girl was born at exactly midnight at St Teresa's Hospital.
