The Independent Commission Against Corruption, or ICAC arrested a senior management member and two managers of the listed cleaning service provider, Hong Kong Johnson Holding.

The trio are suspected of conspiring to receive 18 million dollars in bribes from three subcontractors.

Johnson Holding is a provider of cleaning services for the government and private institutions.

According to the ICAC, 14 people were recently apprehended.

Three of them are suspected of conspiring to accept illegal advantages from three subcontractors in exchange for awarding service contracts.

Investigators seized approximately one million dollars in cash and a collection of luxury watches valued at over 10 million dollars.

It was also discovered that one of the arrested executives allegedly purchased three residential properties through family members, with eight million dollars of the funding traced back to one of the subcontractor owners.

In a statement released tonight, Johnson Holding confirmed that ICAC visited its offices with a search warrant on Wednesday.

The company stressed that the three arrested employees are not members of the Board of Directors and have been immediately suspended from all duties.
