Argan sheep, also known as "big-horned sheep" or "big-headed sheep," are a Class II protected animal in China. Females have short, thin horns, while males have horns that are tens of centimeters in diameter at the base and can reach over a meter in length, capable of coiling around the ear one to one and a half times. They were spotted in Dulan County, Qinghai Province.
