New banknotes available for red packets to celebrate Lunar New Year

Starting February 3rd, the three note-issuing banks will provide new banknotes for residents to put into red packets, or Lai See.
With the Lunar New Year just five weeks away, residents can pre-order new banknotes on the three banks' websites on the 27th of this month.
The banks say they will ensure supply and will also provide used banknotes which are in good condition.
The three note-issuing banks will open earlier at 8:00 AM from February 3 to 5 and implement crowd control measures to manage the flow of residents keen to get the new banknotes.
