Knife-wielding woman subdued by police in Sheung Shui restaurant

A knife-wielding woman was subdued by police officers in the early hours of Saturday morning in Sheung Shui.
Footage shows that the woman brandished a cleaver in a restaurant that was left in disarray. She also pointed the knife at police officers outside the eatery.
The woman later charged at the officers and swung the knife several times. Police later used pepper spray to subdue her.
Police received a report at around Saturday midnight that a 32-year-old woman was emotionally agitated and threatened restaurant staff with a knife on Lung Sum Avenue in Sheung Shui.
She was later arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and criminal damage.
It's understood that the woman is a mainland tourist.
Her mobile phone had reportedly run out of battery, preventing her from making a payment, which led to an argument.
