Suspect killed after shooting incident outside Idaho sheriff's office

In the U.S., a suspect who opened fire inside a sheriff's office in Idaho was killed in an "officer-related shooting" late on Friday, authorities said.

Several police officers and vehicles were seen outside the Shoshone County Sheriff's Office in Wallace during the standoff.

Authorities said the suspect had entered the building around 1430 local time and opened fire in the lobby. They said multiple agencies responded and the suspect was shot and declared dead.
