Beijing announced dates for NPC and CPPCC sessions

China has announced the dates for next year's National People's Congress (NPC) and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) sessions.

The 19th meeting of the Standing Committee of the NPC passed a resolution this morning to convene the Fourth Session of the 14th NPC. 

According to the resolution, the Fourth Session of the 14th NPC will be held in Beijing on March 5th next year. The review of the draft outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan has been included in the proposed agenda. 

In addition, the Chairman's Meeting of the CPPCC National Committee recommended that the Fourth Session of the 14th CPPCC National Committee be held on March 4th next year.
