A dry northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong.The Observatory recorded a temperature of 14 degrees Celsius in the morning.

Many passersby wrapped themselves in thicker layers of clothing. But not everyone was afraid of the cold.

The Observatory says the dry northeast monsoon will bring fine weather to the coast of Guangdong in the next few days, and the weather will be cool in the morning over the region.
