Severe weather in the U.S. causing flooding and impacting holiday travel

Life threatening flooding is possible across parts of California as communities are bracing for evacuations. Rescues were made for people trapped in cars and homes.

The weather is impacting holiday travellers not just on the west coast but on the east coast too.
