Wang Fuk Court owners' corporation allowed to object to management takeover

The government announced that the owners' corporation of the recently damaged Wang Fuk Court could raise objections to authorities' recent application to disband the housing complex's management committee.
This after the government sought to disband the body citing the Building Management Ordinance on Friday.
The latest announcement was made public via newspaper, which indicated the first hearing on the matter will take place at 2:30 p.m. on the 6th of next month.
Wang Fuk Court's owners' corporation can raise its objections within a period of two weeks.
Some in the property sector believe a verdict will be reached in a relatively short time.
