U.S. military target third vessel of Venezuela's coast

U.S. Coast Guard were pursuing a third oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela, just 24 hours after they intercepted another vessel.

Members of Congress are divided over the Trump administration's campaign aimed at putting pressure on Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. A push that has involved dozens of strikes on alleged drug boats killing more than a hundred people.

Trump has not ruled out war with the South American country. NBC News reports.
