Trump said he does not rule out going to war with Venezuela

US President Donald Trump is escalating his pressure campaign against Venezuela's authoritarian leader Nicolas Maduro.  

US forces stopped a second massive tanker off the Venezuelan coast that US officials say was carrying sanctioned oil.

It comes days after Trump announced what he called a complete blockade of of all sanctioned oil tankers going in and out of Venezuela. 

This as Trump said this week he did not rule out going to war with Venezuela.
