Rob Reiner's son Nick charged with first-degree murder

In Los Angeles, 32-year-old Nick Reiner has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder, added with the special circumstance of multiple murders, for the brutal slains of his parents: Hollywood actor-director Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner. It is confirmed that a knife was used in the killings.

County District Attorney said the charges could lead to a maximum penalty of life imprisonment without parole, or death penalty. NBC reports.
