Man arrested after stabbing spree at entertainment complex in Fukuoka, Japan

In the Japanese city of Fukuoka, a 30-year-old man has been apprehended for allegedly stabbing two people at an entertainment complex where the idol group HKT48's theatre is located.
The assailant was in an unauthorised area of the theatre on Sunday afternoon, when he was told to leave by a 44-year-old male event staffer.
He attacked the staffer in the chest with what appeared to be a kitchen knife.
Before leaving the scene, the suspect also reportedly stabbed a 27-year-old woman in the back of an elevator hall.
Neither victim sustained life-threatening injuries.
HKT has cancelled the group's online handshake event for Sunday night.
Police say they are investigating the case as a possible attempted murder.
