Shooter at Brown University kills at least 2 and injures 8

A mass shooting at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island has left two people killed and eight injured but police expect the number to rise.

The school told students to shelter in place, lock their doors, silence phones and stay hidden until further notice. 

Emergency workers and law enforcement officers were at the scene.  

Police are still looking for the shooter.
