Cool morning for HK

It has been a cool morning, with temperature down to around 15 degrees in Hong Kong's urban areas. 

A dry northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong, and the relative humidity over many places fell to about 40% around noon. 

It will remain mainly cloudy, but dry with some sun in the afternoon. 

It will still be cool tomorrow morning, but with sunny periods. Temperatures will rise midweek, but the temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over inland areas.
