Foreign domestic workers mourn those died in fire

On Chater Road in Central, several hundred foreign domestic workers gathered to mourn those who died in the Tai Po fire. They sang hymns and read scripture.
Some people wept in grief.
The Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong stated that, as of yesterday, one Filipino domestic worker had died in the fire and the conditions of 12 others remained uncertain.
The Indonesian Consulate General in Hong Kong said that, as of yesterday, 7 Indonesian domestic workers had been confirmed dead, while 45 were still unaccounted for.
