Link REIT reports a 1.8% drop in revenue its interim financial results

Link REIT has announced its interim financial results, reporting a 1.8 percent drop in revenue and a 3.4 percent decrease in net property income to 5.17 billion dollars.
A tenant at Link REIT's Lok Fu Place said any rent drop is better than no drop at all, adding that online shopping has hurt the retail sector a lot.
CEO George Hongchoy said there has been structural changes in the local retail market, with more people going shopping in the neighbouring Greater Bay Area.
