The Venezuelan opposition leader is telling the country's armed forces "what is going to happen is happening, the decisive hour is immanent."

This as US President Donald Trump escalates his pressure campaign against Nicolas Maduro's regime with military exercises in Caribbean, saying he "may have made up his mind about what to do in Venezuela."
