Next World Cup to be last for Ronaldo

Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo says he will take part in the World Cup for the last time next year and plans to retire within the next one to two years. 

Currently playing for Saudi club Al Nassr, Ronaldo said that next year's World Cup will be his sixth World Cup appearance and also his last. 

He said that even though he is in very good form at the moment, once one reaches a certain age in football, one feels time passes quickly. 

He will already be 41 next year. 

Ronaldo has won the Ballon d'Or five times but has yet to lead the Portugal national team to a World Cup title.
