Cyclist Ceci Lee wins Hong Kong second National Games gold medal

In the 15th National Games women's road cycling event, Hong Kong's Ceci Lee, successfully defended the title she won in 2021, clinching the second gold medal for team Hong Kong.
Keep an eye on the left of the pack! That's Ceci Lee in a light blue jersey, number 94. She is the one to beat.
Starting from the Zhuhai Museum, 101 cyclists sped through Qinglu Road, the Zhuhai port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and Hengqin.
The course stretched for 138.7 kilometres.

Passing over the bridge and into the tunnel, Henan's Donna Yiman and Chongqing's Zhang Meng remained in the lead.
Ceci Lee was not seen along the way until the last bit.
Launching a powerful sprint, she edged out the crowd and crossed the finish line in 3 hours, 19 minutes and 54 seconds.
Overcome with joy, Lee thanked her six-strong team for their perfect tactics that contributed to her triumph.
She said she was not satisfied with her performance over the year, so she put in extra effort to train for these games -- and now she is thrilled to see her hard work pay off.
