National Games' Cross-boundary Road Cycling Men's Individual Race is held

The National Games event of Cross-boundary Road Cycling Men's Individual Race is being held across Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao today.

The race course is 231.8 kilometers long. The teams departed from Zhuhai at 9:00 AM, first crossing the Macao Bridge to the Taipa Pak On Ferry Terminal area, then turning back onto the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge towards Hong Kong.

Upon entering Hong Kong, the teams will pass through the Hong Kong Port Artificial Island, North Lantau Highway, and Penny's Bay Highway, entering the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort before turning back, then crossing the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge again to Hengqin, before returning to Zhuhai. 

The westbound lanes of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge towards Zhuhai and Macau will be closed during the event. 

The Transport Department also reminds the public that due to temporary traffic control measures on the North Lantau Highway section of the race route from 10:20 AM to 11:50 AM, travel time is expected to increase by 30 minutes.
