An 82-year-old man fell to his death from a residential building in Tsing Yi. The body of a 56-year-old woman was later found in the residence of the deceased.
Police received a report at about 2:30 p.m. over the case. The man was reported to be lying on the hillside opposite near the multi-storey car park of Cheung Hang Estate. Preliminary investigations suggest the man fell from the fifth-floor carp park of the building.
Police later traced the victim's daughter, who lives on the 12th floor of another building in the same housing estate. When officers checked her unit, the door was unlocked and the 56-year-old woman was found dead in the flat.
More investigations are underway.
