BPA fields 14 candidates to Legco election

The Business and Professionals Alliance, or BPA, said they will field 14 candidates in December's Legislative Council election.
BPA announced the decision on Monday.
Four of the nine incumbent legislators will seek re-elected, such as the rural leader, Kenneth Lau.
Those who opted out of the election include Jeffrey Lam, Lo Wai-kwok and Legco president, Andrew Leung.
The latest BPA member who joined the "not running" list is Benson Luk.
