The Observatory issued the Strong Wind Signal No. 3 this afternoon, and stated the signal will remain in force at least until 6p.m. tomorrow.
Under the combined effect of Fengshen and the monsoon, winds will be generally strong over the city tonight and tommorrow.
The weather will be appreciably cooler.
