MTR train travelled without doors properly closed after suspected teen mischief

An MTR train travelling towards Chai Wan on the Island line continued operating in the afternoon with some of its doors not properly shut.
No one was injured.
Someone was suspected of deliberately preventing closure, with authorities currently searching for a teenager of non-Chinese descent.
Images captured by a passenger showed both sides of the train's doors open at Causeway Bay Station, while MTR staff conducted a review.
The MTR say CCTV footage indicates a passenger deliberately prevented the train doors from closing at Wan Chai Station at around 3:10 this afternoon.
The public transport company subsequently asked all passengers on board the train to leave when it reached Causeway Bay Station, and alerted the police.
A search is on for a youngster aged between twelve and sixteen.
