Three diplomats from the Qatari protocol team were killed in a car crash Saturday while heading to Egypt's Sharm el-Sheikh ahead of a high-level summit celebrating Gaza ceasefire.
Officials say two other Qatari diplomats were wounded when their car overturned on a curve about 50 kilometers from the Red Sea resort city.
The injured and the bodies of the deceased would be repatriated to Doha later.
