US threatens 100% tariffs on China rocking Wall Street

The White House has announced additional 100 percent tariffs on China top of current taxes. The announcement rocking Wall Street.

It is in response to China saying they would limit sales of critical minerals any many Chinese products.

At one point, U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to cancel an upcoming meeting with President Xi Jinping. NBC has more.
